It depends on your own choice to travel as an individual or in a group.

Even if you come as an individual a meeting can be organized with others to trek together.

(To travel to Tibet it is necessary to pass the border in a group.)

 

Also sightseeing can be arranged in the valley as well as further :Patan, Bhaktapur, Nagargot, Timi, Lumbini, Chitwan, Pokhara etc.

 

Everything is possible.

The keyword is “no problem”, or as they say in Nepalese language: “ke garne”.
